Migrate from one individual to a group and now a team that works together is the challenge of any organization.

There is an important distinction between group and team work. The group is defined by people who interact together without a common goal. Teamwork is better defined as people working together with a common goal without being physically in the same place.

The saying ‘unity is strength’ ‘is reflected by the success of a team.

Good teamwork is to contribute to a common activity responsibly and autonomously harmoniously interacting with others. To do this the team members must be organized, have well defined roles and responsibilities, be flexible about its strengths and limiting aspects, respect themselves and respect others in difference and especially complementary. These are all essential skills for the team to go further.

A fundamental input to build complementarity of a team is to better understand the other.
